Dalal offers experiential workshops at Noor Sweets in the beautiful village of Julis. These workshops provide a glimpse into the sweet secrets of traditional Druze cuisine. Workshops are available by prior arrangement.
Knafe & Story Workshop
Discover the story behind one of Arab cuisine’s most beloved desserts and prepare it yourself from scratch. The workshop combines storytelling and tradition with an introduction to ingredients and hands-on preparation under close guidance; it includes on-site baking and serving with sugar syrup, prepared exactly the way it should be.
The experience includes light refreshments, water, and a choice of Druze coffee or espresso. Workshop Duration: 45 minutes to one hour

Druze Ma’amoul Workshop
Join us for a sweet experience that takes you into the heart of the Druze kitchen. During the workshop, you will learn about the ingredients, watch the traditional dough being prepared, learn to use unique wooden molds, and craft authentic Ma’amoul cookies by hand—baking them on-site to take home.
The experience includes light refreshments, water, and Druze coffee or espresso.
