Some traditions are passed down through generations, along with recipes, kitchen tools, and family stories.

At Noor Sweets, Dalal and her two sons, Adam and Moran, invite you to discover the Druze tradition of making ma’amoulim (stuffed cookies) ― try your hand at making them and uncover the secrets passed down in their family.

During the workshop, you will be introduced to traditional tools inherited from Dalal’s mother, as well as the implements used today. You will also get to try making ma’amoul cookies with various fillings, including dates, nuts, pistachios, and coconut.

Afterward, we’ll bake the ma’amoul on-site, and you can enjoy them at the cafe or take them home.

A sweet experience that bridges tradition, flavor, and quality time —perfect for children and adults, families, couples, and friends.

Price: 45 NIS per person

Notes: Air conditioning available; not kosher; parking available; not wheelchair accessible.
