In winter, nothing beats a hot cup of tea paired with a sweet pastry drizzled in honey or carob syrup. Noor Sweets in Julis invites you to discover Fatayer—a traditional Druze dessert—and learn about the stories and customs surrounding it.

During the workshop, you will explore the dough-making process, learn the recipe, and discover why Fatayer is traditionally associated with the winter season in Druze culture. Afterward, enjoy your Fatayer—served with honey or carob syrup and a cup of tea—on the spot, or take them with you to enjoy later.

A sweet experience for the whole family at Noor Sweets, blending nostalgic flavors, tradition, and warm Druze hospitality.

Price: 45 NIS per person, including a cup of tea

Notes: Air conditioning available; parking available. A protected space (shelter) is located nearby, but it is not wheelchair accessible.
