Moti & Noa Ifrach, Ma’alot-Tarshiha
Moti and Noa Ifrach fulfilled their dream and founded Noalush ― a cafe and pastry shop at the beginning of their journey. Over time, the business grew and developed, and today you can enjoy an impressive and lush complex that includes a cafe, bakery, delicatessen, and a beautiful home decor store.
Noalush is located on the road connecting Tarshiha to Kfar Vradim, and is a perfect place to rest for travelers who want to stock up on treats for a picnic and/or a B&B, and of course for locals and tourists looking for good coffee, indulgent pastries, breads, spices, wines, and more.
Moti, a graduate of the Cordon Bleu in Paris, oversees the variety of fresh, fragrant cakes, cookies, and pastries baked daily on site, and Noa works hard to source the best delicacies you can find in the delicatessen.
The place is kosher under the supervision of the Ma’alot Rabbinate.
