Asia Halabi Daher of Yanuh and Nohad Bisan of neighboring Jat come together, united by a shared love of food and hospitality. They invite you to a rich, kosher winter feast featuring traditional Druze cuisine, hosted at Asia’s home in Yanuh.

A buffet laden with traditional dishes awaits you: fried kubbeh, fresh tabbouleh, mansaf (meat and rice), mujaddara, shulbato, maqluba, stuffed grape and cabbage leaves, chicken, cauliflower with tahini, hummus, various salads, olives, samhunim (savory snacks), and freshly baked pastries prepared on-site.

During the meal, Asia and Nohad will share their personal stories—the paths that led them to the kitchen and their deep passion for cooking and hosting.

For dessert, Nohad, also a pastry chef, will prepare a vegan knafe on the spot, made with coconut milk and forest berries—a sweet, surprising finale.

Come hungry to Yanuh for a feast of traditional flavors, warm personal hospitality, and an encounter with two women who bring their love for food to the table.
