Come and discover the world of spices that gives Druze cuisine its unique flavors and aromas.

In Asia’s workshop, you will learn about spice blends for traditional dishes — such as Maqluba, stuffed rice, kebabs, and chicken — and enjoy tastings from her kitchen alongside a vegetarian meal.

During the session, Asia shares her personal story and the story of the Druze community, connecting the spices, food, and traditions to the home and culture they come from.
