Traditional, warm, and pampering Bedouin hospitality at Al E’in Tent, which includes observations, stories, an experiential cooking workshop for making stuffed meats and a rich, kosher wintery lunch.
About 10 minutes drive from Karmiel, up the mountain, a rich and fulfilling cultural experience awaits you. We will begin with a brief observation of the Upper and Lower Galilee, and we will hear about the shared life on Mount Kammon and the secrets of Bedouin hospitality.
We will continue with an experiential cooking workshop, in which we will prepare grape leaves and stuffed zucchini together ― traditional dishes from the Bedouin cuisine, and end with a rich winter lunch.
Towards the end, we will light Hanukkah candles together in the tent, with black coffee, hot tea, and lots of warmth.
