We will meet at Beit Rima for a welcome with hot wine, traditional sweets, hot drinks, and traditional cookies where you will hear the groundbreaking story of Rima, her life in the village, and the establishment of “Beit Rima”, a unique project that was the home of the Muktar of the village and today serves as a meeting place and female empowerment, an art gallery and a journey In time for the discovery of the Galilean Christian culture and tradition.
Rima will share with you the holiday customs and traditions from the past and as they are celebrated today.
After dark, we will go to the village alleys decorated and lit with holiday lights and hear about the signs of the holiday and the ceremonies that take place in the month of December. We will continue to the homes of women and bakers in the village where we will taste pastries and sweets that can only be found at this time of the year.
