Come enjoy an intoxicating winter evening of cuisine, fine alcohol, and a unique Christmas atmosphere.
The spectacular Chateau du Roi restaurant is located in the heart of the picturesque village of Mi’ilya and is surrounded at this time of the year by Christmas decorations, twinkle lights, and background music that will immediately put you in the holiday spirit.
We will start the evening with the personal story of Chef Elian Lius, who spent over 30 years of his life in Italy, where he raised a family and was the owner and chef of several Italian restaurants, and we will continue with the “Winter at the Chateau” dinner – a unique menu for this evening that begins with an indulgent winter pumpkin soup and ends with a pistachio parfait or meringue against the background of Christmas decorations.
Winter at the Chateau Menu:
- Zuka cream soup (winter pumpkin soup) with rosemary and seasonal mushrooms
- Ceviche with the fish of the day, cheese, and pistachios
- Anti-pesto burrata, beef prosciutto, artichoke, and onions with honey and balsamic vinegar with crostini
- Perigola Sarda with seafood
- Raviolini stuffed with gorgonzola cheese, red beet sauce, and pine nuts
- Old-fashioned Sinta with balsamic vinegar sauce or leek with Sicilian Chardonnay sauce and confit cherry tomatoes
- Pistachio parfait or meringue
Highly Recommended: at the end of the event, go for a wander through the alleys of the picturesque and romantic village of Mi’ilya to experience the Christmas atmosphere that stands out, especially in the evening!
