A winter wine tasting experience at the Ofir Farm on the occasion of the winter festival that includes a vineyard and winery tour, a pampering brunch, cozy blankets, and honey tasting.
We will start with a visit to the vineyard, talk about grape growing, continue to the winery cellar, hear about our winemaking process, get a glimpse into the fascinating world of bees and the process of producing honey in the apiary, and enjoy the unique story of the ascension of the cabin ― our visitor center ― from the Appalachian Mountains to us.
In addition, we will tell the story of the establishment, family, agriculture and the joint work of two generations on the farm. Afterwards, we will sit together on the cabin balcony for a guided tasting of a variety of the winery’s wines and enjoy a delicious brunch that will start with a hot and indulgent soup followed by a selection of boutique cheeses, Mediterranean appetizers, sourdough bread, vegetables, and dips.
At the end of the experience, we will taste our nine types of honey and visit the art exhibition displayed on the gallery floor of the cabin.
