Wintry Friday of Wine, Food & Storytelling in the Christmas Atmosphere of the Ofir Farm
Dates and Times
As part of the Western Galilee Now Winter Festival, the Ofir Farm invites you to enjoy a wine-tasting experience with a fascinating tour of the farm and winery, all in a bright, warm winter atmosphere.
We will start with a visit to the vineyard, we will talk about the growing of the grapes, we will continue to the cellar of the winery, we will hear about our wine production process, we will get a glimpse into the fascinating world of bees and the process of honey production in farm’s apiary. Then enjoy the story of the unique rise of the cabin – the farm’s visitor center – from the Appalachian Mountains.
In addition, we will tell the story of the establishment, the family, agriculture, and the joint work of two generations on the farm. Afterward, we will sit together on the balcony of the cabin for a guided tasting of the winery’s variety of wines and enjoy a delicious brunch that will start with a warm and indulgent soup followed by a selection of boutique cheeses, Mediterranean olives, sourdough bread, vegetables, and dips.
At the end of the experience, we will taste our nine types of honey and visit the art exhibition displayed on the gallery floor of the cabin.
