A Pampering Winter Meal By Candlelight, DJ, & Tour of the Lotem Winery in Front of a Spectacular Panoramic ViewThu | Dec 18
Dates and Times
A special collaboration on the occasion of a winter festival ― Adush and the Lotem Winery in an evening of stories, flavors, and wine where the earth, field, and light meet around a lush and embracing table.
Alex Polonsky, manager of the Lotem Organic Winery and Adi Shmuel from Adush invite you to a unique event.
We will start with a warm welcome with sourdough bread, gluten-free crackers, butter, jam, and honey alongside a glass of wine.
From there we will dive into the personal stories of Alex and Adi and move on to an open and festive meal with seasonal winter dishes ― root vegetables, stuffed vegetables, freekah salad, hot soup, and fresh pastry baked on the morning of the event.
At the same time, you can walk around the production spaces of the winery, take a look behind the scenes of the wine world, and experience what happens beyond the bottle.
The atmosphere will be created by a DJ who will play live and pleasant music that will accompany the entire evening.
We will finish together by lighting the fourth Hanukkah candle and a hot and sweet dessert to close the circle of taste and light.
Alex Polonsky ― manager of the Lotem Organic Winery and who has been leading the production since 2019, comes from the world of chef restaurants ― after years alongside Rafi Cohen and Meir Adoni ― and brings with him a different perspective on wine, precision, and creativity.
Adi Shmuel ― from Kibbutz Beit HaEmek, is a chef and host who grew up in her grandmother’s kitchen and worked at the Machneyuda Restaurant. She brings with her the warmth, color, and aesthetics of real food made with love.
