An International Winter in the Ga’aton Dance Village
Dates and Times
An exciting and stirring winter evening in the international dance village of Kibbutz Ga’aton. Just before the Hanukkah candles and Christmas trees twinkle in the distance, the dance village puts on lights and a special holiday atmosphere and opens its heart and doors for a visit full of magic.
After a hot drink and pastry, he entered the performance hall to talk with the dancers of the ‘Dance Journey’ program, who come from all over the world – live, train, and create alongside the troupe’s dancers.
We will watch excerpts from the dance show ‘Sparks’ – a debut performance of the works of the dancers of the program, and we will end with an engrossing and stimulating rhythm show with the Kibbutz 2 troupe and the participation of the audience – suitable even for those who have never danced!
The Ga’aton International Dance Village is home to about 100 dancers from all over the world. In addition to the dancers of the Kibbutz Dance Troupe, the village also serves as a home for dancers and artists who come to a professional training program – the flagship program of which is the ‘Dance Journey’ program.
