In winter, nothing beats gathering around a table with slowly melting warm cheese, a glass of wine, and great food. At the Flora Flourishing Cheese Dairy on Mount Hilazon, you are invited to a Raclette meal in a wintry, European-inspired setting.

The meal centers on melted Raclette cheese, served with potatoes, carrots, and pumpkin; a green salad with a citrus vinaigrette; Sainte-Maure cheese; and a glass of wine from local wineries.

A wintry meal featuring rich flavors, fine wine, and a Galilean ambiance—bringing a touch of European magic to the Western Galilee.

Price: 150 NIS per person, including a traditional Raclette meal and a glass of local wine.
