Traditional Raclette Dinner at the Flora Flourishing Cheeses DairyFri | Dec 19
Dates and Times
Traditional Raclette dinner in a winter atmosphere at the Flora Flourishing Cheeses Dairy, in front of a spectacular view from the dairy window in Kibbutz Lotem.
We have been waiting for the winter festival, so much so that we prepared cheese especially for it three months in advance ― Raclette cheese to be specific! A large wheel of cheese that is usually eaten after melting the cheese into potatoes, croissants, and other fermented foods that we prepare on site.
Perfect with a glass of alcohol from the local Jullius Distillery from the north and we will all feel like we are at a Christmas Market on Mount HaHilazon, the mountain on which Flora is located.
During the event, Azi the Goat will explain about the cheese and the place.
A traditional Raclette dinner is exactly the same weight as the cheese plate served at Flora, only in a winter atmosphere.
Each Diner Receives:
Mulled wine to start, baked/pickled root vegetables, bread, Galilean raclette cheese that comes in a device that heats it and then melts it on the vegetables, a green salad for refreshment and a glass of Jullius alcohol.
When? Friday, December 19, 11 am – 3 pm
Where? Flora Flourishing Dairy, Kibbutz Lotem
Price: 150 NIS per person, including a glass of wine, traditional raclette meal, and an additional glass of alcohol from the Jullius Distillery
