A Winter Meal at the Adelina Restaurant
Kibbutz Cabri
17.12Thursday
When winter arrives in the Galilee, nothing beats a warm meal at a well-set table. Adelina, a chef-run restaurant, invites you to a winter dinner featuring hot sangria, your choice of soup, a rich beef casserole, and a sweet dessert to finish.
We will begin with a glass of hot sangria and your choice of soup—tomato and pepper or lentil.
For the main course, a beef casserole in a savory beef stock—prepared with beans and chickpeas—will be brought straight to your table in a sizzling pan. For dessert, we will indulge in mascarpone Kadayıf.
Adelina—a Mediterranean chef restaurant influenced by Spanish-Catalan cuisine—is housed in a stone building on Kibbutz Cabri, overlooking the Western Galilee landscape. This is a wonderful opportunity to enjoy a fine meal, seasonal flavors, and the restaurant’s unique atmosphere.
Price: 222 NIS per meal, including hot sangria, a choice of soup, beef casserole, and dessert.
Notes: There is a protected space (shelter).
